Menu for Sundance Resort in Sundance, UT

I have visited many times and stayed three times. I keep coming back because Sundance is beautiful and unique and the Owl Bar... has great live music. The service has slipped - perhaps since Sundance changed hands. The staff are generally friendly but I?vehad many problems with basic things - my room not being ready as planned, the wrong person?s name on a welcome note, not beingable to check in as planned, restaurant staff lacking basic info, very delayed room service delivery. We did not stay here but visited to ride the ski lift up to the summit where we wanted to have lunch at the Bear Claw. It wasn't... planned, but we had to have been there at the peak of the fall leaves changing color (10/6/2022). It was beautiful. The BearClaw's food was really good, I was surprised. We stayed 2 nights for a destination wedding. The room layouts were odd. Access to the rooms was problematic for many of our... wedding guests, 3 of the wedding guests tripped or fell during their stay and required hospitalization or medical treatment. I was in town for a family visit and we went to Sundance Resort. We saw some beautiful mountains with the colors that were... majestic. We ate at The Owl Bar. The food, drink and service was fantastic. I can't wait to go back. Read more

Sundance is extremely charming. It's not your big box place at all. It's rustic. It's intimate. It's an absolutely beautiful... place to visit during ANY season. It is definitely family friendly. We bring our children her to ski, hike, and mountain bike. Iwill say though, the hubs and I have reserved overnight stays for just us. The beauty and romance would be lost on the kiddos. Read more
