Food is amazing ! However I did have a bad customer service experience despite the blonde cashier and the light brown hair... morning manager they were both super nice and welcoming( I meet them both when I came in person the day after I had theunfortunate inconvenience with one of the attendants) However, some of the staff was rude specially over the phone. They seemlike they didn?t want to take care of customers and answer questions. They fuzz over the phone and complained about my orderwhile I was in line making fun about my questions and mocking me. When I ask the Colombian lady to cancel my order as I wasfeeling uncomfortable she just hanged up the phone while saying rude words to me. As much as I loved the food as it bring backmemories from back home I don?t think I?ll be returning to this particular location. Read more
