We walked in this evening for dinner. It was pretty empty and there were 2 servers present. Soon after us, two more tables were... seated. Those people were quickly served chips and drinks and their orders were taken, while we sat and waited ten minutes andno one acknowledged us. What made this place a successful customer service and food taste great was George! His energy always positive, attentive to all... customers not just the regulars. He made sure the kitchen prepared the great dishes. To my dismay we heard the owner use theexcuse for his lack of attentiveness and understaffing. That George had resigned. One cook-one new waitress (on the second day)attend to a full house plus take out. My chorizo con huevos was delicious but the rice was over cooked and hard.
