Never use this store! Worst customer service ever! I ordered some chicken on 11/24 morning and scheduled to pick it up at 4:15PM... on the same day. Soon after placing the order, a store staff called me and asked me if I can pick it up a bit earlier since theywould close at 4PM on the day so I agreed to come by at 3:30PM. When I got to the store at 3:30PM, the door had already beenlocked even though there was still "Open" sign hung up on the door. I saw a dozen of other people like me confused in front ofthe door, not being able pick up their online order that they placed well before. There were some store staff still workinginside so we asked them to open the door so that we can pick what we ordered but they refused to do so. Together with the peoplewaiting outside, we asked the staff inside come out and at least explain what was going on. Then after 20 mins or so, shefinally came out but just said "We're closing". Everybody couldn't understand what she meant by that and asked "then where areour foods that we ordered online" but she just kept replying "I don't know but we don't have chicken so go home". We asked herto at least refund what we ordered online but she refused to do that too saying she didn't know the system so just give up. Sherefused to give us what we ordered, refused to refund and refused to even call her manager but just told everybody outside gohome. After a long conversation, we gave up and turn back but everybody said they would never come back KFC, ever again.Basically KFC scammed all of us and jeopardized our Thanksgiving dinner! Read more
Ordered their " large chicken tenders" and got these anemicand sad looking chicken strips.... straps.... not much bigger than... nuggets. Over priced, looks nothing remotely like nothing that they advertise! So many other chicken joints in the area that areway better! Even the Safeway deli has better chicken strips and they cost less!
