Due to power issue they kindly apologized and gave out free hot drip coffee since couldn't offer espresso options.

25 minutes to get a coffee, there were 12 orders ahead of me. It's ridiculous that they're so under staffed on a Sunday, when... obviously there's going to be more foot-traffic. One of the worst managed Starbucks stores I've seen. It's constantlyunderstaffed. Read more

However, they were okay with me asking for 4x 12oz water cups. I used towork for Starbucks for three years. Free filtered water is a part of the culture, basically a public service Starbucks performs.I wasn?t doing some ?ice hack? asking for a cup of ice.
