I lived in and around Philly for over 20 years and I've cheesesteaks from all of the major cheesesteak joints, including... restaurants not featured on the plaques on the walls in The Cheesesteak Shop, like Ishkabibble's, Chubby's, and Sugar Hill Subsin South Jersey.
