I?m waiting for my order as I type this. Made an order at 9:48, it is now 11:51, and the ETA keeps going back. According to the... app the pizza was ready at 11 o?clock and it honestly seems like I?m just not going to get my order. I?m highly disappointed inthe service and the way business is conducted here. Those good reviews must be from random employees on the staff. 2 thumbsdown. Read more
Ordered food online, got there food wasn?t even appealing it didn?t even look good enough to eat, it was cold . And chicken... wasn?t even properly cooked it wasn?t heated enough till the point where it was so soft you couldn?t even get it off the bone .It?s 100 people in the kitchen working and 100 customers still waiting . Really impressed by the service at this location, ordered pizza at 9:08 pm and the order is still being prepared at 12:12 am the... next day two hours after they closed. I?m truly inspired by this location having the to fly into Sicily and hand pick tomatosfor my $7.00 pizza. I?m sure these three hours plus will be well worth the wait. Fingers crossed I don?t get charged for theairfare, since I?m sure a refund is unlikely based upon the staff?s prompt ability to answer their phone. Update 6:00 pm6/23/2022, 21 hours after order was placed?.. Starting to get a little delusional from hunger. Spent half an hour on hold to behung up on without any communication. I?m sure my pizza is coming any minute now. Glad to make a donation to a billion dollarcorporation. The franchisee must be very proud of their employees incompetence and ruining their life?s work. Update 8/25/2022it?s been over two months, I?ve reached out to the store and corporate regarding being reimbursed to no avail. I will bepursuing legal action against these crooks. Read more
I waited an hour and a half for my delivery, I tried to call the number listed and was never answered. So I drove to the store... to see what was up and where my food I paid for and had tipped for was. It was on a rack just getting cold. They were not busyand when I asked why I had to come get my delivery and nobody answered the phone, I got a lazy "sorry bout it". This location isless than 2 minutes from my house but I will order from one further and tip more accordingly to ovoid this location. Read more

My experience tonight was horrible??I ordered my pizza at 7:52pm and didn?t receive my order until 9:46pm. After providing my... full address to customer service and the representative telling me my order would take 45minutes I called back to get anunderstanding. She then transferred me to the location and I spoke with a guy who seems to be the cashier and didn?t know much.I asked for the night manager and she got on the phone with absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ??It was a heart breakingexperience for me and my children since they love the pizza so much(unfortunately). I explained to the lady that I am a managerand customer satisfaction is always number 1. She showed no management skills AT ALL??I understand things may happen and theyonly had 1 delivery driver but communication and understanding is top priority when dealing with a customer in any business ??Ihope no body else gets this treatment like me and my children did????????????????????????
