Horrible experience I ordered on DoorDash and received my sandwich cold and wrong. Drink is missing too. I drive to the... subway/Walmart and asked if it can be remade since it?s wrong and my drink was missing. Rude lady that was working 07/18 at1:45pm very rude and speaking in a tone as if it?s not a big deal. Then I ask her politely to toast the remade sandwich a littlelonger because it wasn?t toasted enough and I don?t like it soggy and she tells me ?NO? and then when I ask for my drink I paidfor she tells me they don?t have any but the other boy employee was polite enough to offer me with a bottled drink instead ofjust not giving me something I paid for. Another customer has video as well and that will be posted as well. Ordered through Ubereats originally stated 40-50 minutes which was bad enough for 2 sandwiches. Order took an hour and 15... minutes to get it (we live across the street). Then we get the sandwiches. Ordered 2 melts and got 2 cold sandwiches with notomato, mayo and mustard on top in one place and sloppy as hell!!! Will NEVER order from this place again. If o could leave nostars I would. Read more
I stopped in to get 2 subs they had a new person at the sub station and no one would help her she made a disaster of my order I... asked to toast the subs and she still gave me a cold chicken teriyaki sub it is rediculos. They were rude and short she went towrap my sub and put in on the counter no paper and acted as if that was ok the other girl stood and watched smh instead ofstepping in to help. Read more
