Amazing food with quick and friendly service. I especially like the variety of options and combinations. The staff was... extremely helpful and even a gentleman ErikJohn took time to walk us through the menu. I will definitely bring my family backwhenever I'm in Austin. I like it all but especially the Texas Trio and the Fried Chicken. Read more

We love bao buns from FL?s local Vietnamese restaurants. So expectations were also high for this bao buns. They are excellent... but not as up to par as those Orlando?s bao buns. Especially tofu was very oily. Noodle was also very oily. Taste was good. AndI?m happy to find two vegetarian options for bao buns - veggie and fried tofu. Noodles were also you can make it vegetarian sothey?re accommodating to dietary restrictions. Boba tea was not as good as Chew boba from Orlando. It was not thick and insteadwas watery. But I?m glad I?m able to find similar food/ drink in Austin. And menu is easy to navigate and choose from. Read more

I enjoyed munching on the warm fresh egg Cream bao. It was very light on the sweet side. It's lovely with warm tea on a cold... winter day. It's even nicer during a hot day where sugar does not dominate. It's also refreshing with cool bubble tea. Read more

I have been coming here for a while, and the service and food keeps improving. I really enjoy the Brisket Bao, and their... Strawberry Matcha Latte with Cherry Blossom Boba, it's delicious! One of my new favorite drinks. The bao has no preservatives, which I appreciate. Their egg custard bao is really good too! It almost tastes like a Hokkaido Cream Tart! Their Szechuan Friesare also good! In summary, my recommendations are the Brisket and Egg Custard Bao, as well as the Szechuan fries. For a drink, definitely try the drink I mentioned above (the one with cherry blossom boba). II really think that adding a QR code to the appwould help costumers accumulate points, and use them in them in the future. It would improve the ordering experience by a lot,and make the app much more useful. Read more

I really want to like this place. I love Asian food and specifically love Asian buns but this just was not it. We had a really... hard time ordering not really understanding how it worked. We did not know what sauces were what or what flavors were what. Itwas a very interesting experience. Additionally, while it was somewhat tasty the food itself was not incredible. It isessentially ?fast food? so I knew that going in I just was hoping for more. I would say offer more descriptions on your menu. The music was so loud in the restaurant we couldn?t hear the employees at all whatsoever. Offer descriptions of sauces andflavors and how the process works and it may be a better experience for all involved. Read more
