My experience is limited since I only use panera for sip club drinks: friendly staff and drinks are good. Panera lemonade is top... tier (not too sugary and tastes like it has real lemons). Ordered an Asiago bagel with egg, bacon and cheese to go. Waited 15 minutes for the order. Got home, opened the bag, and it was... a Brioche with egg and avocado. Something has happened to this place. Orders used to be accurate and quick. Read more
Tasteless overpriced breakfast sandwich. Felt like I was eating nothing but bread. I'm getting really tired of being expected to... subsidize the wages of staff at counter-service food establishments. I order at the register, pick up my food at the counter,and am expected to bus my own table. I always tip generously at FULL SERVICE restaurants, but why should I tip for this when I'mdoing all the "work"?? I suggest Panera pay their staff a more reasonable wage and quit depending on customers to lower theiroperating costs. Three star rating is only because the staff was friendly and efficient. I won't eat here again. Ordered two dinner items online, when we got home one entree was wrong... Half a sandwich instead of a... full one, and a pitiful excuse for a sandwich at that. One small piece of meat, mostly bread. Not even close to what it lookedlike on the menu. My bowl entree was a very small portion, and not worth the cost. I called to complain and the manager didn'tseem all that concerned, but did give us a refund. Read more
