Food was good. Quality seems too have gotten better again. Way less greasy than last time. Sadly the prices have gone up quite a... bit. Prices are not reflected on their website. So had a little bit of sticker shock at the total. But I get it. Can't afford toeat out a lot, but this was a great breakfast. The two wait staff working this morning where very friendly as well. I used to love this restaurant and especially the crepes. They used to be filled with an amazing fresh tasting strawberry... filling. We order 2 items today and the crepes tasted like stale flower. The linden berries were sour and off tasting comparedto what I had experienced in the past. And for the price to more than double in only a year this is uncalled for. If we couldget our money back we would. Missing ingredients, stale flour, and reheated berries that lack true berry flavor. Small place, but good food. Not too busy early in the morning. Our server was very friendly and nice.
I had High expectations as most places in Superior Wisconsin have legit food the first go around. I'm gonna say this was just... an off time of day and give it another go. I haven't seen other breakfast establishments in the area miss the mark on the firstvisit quite like this place did, hence the rating. Im not a fan of negative reviews however it gives the establishment a beat onwhat to improve upon. Syrup was in disposable sauce cups waste of time. I haven't encountered this practice during covid untilmy encounter at this establishment, however I do find it common for butter. Not necessarily a negative thing. Just might findprepackaged syrup more convenient as well as those little foil butter packets. I guess it was one of my picky days ????. I willdefinitely give the other location a try as well.
