This is the best Taco Bell in the Duluth/Superior area. They have always got my order right, and they fill the items well.... Sometimes the drive thru lane is long, but keep in mind they opened only recently, and they do a good job! Read more

The food is what you expect from Taco Bell. Little bit better then the one in Duluth. However the service and people is what... make this location tops. Today the young person working the drive thru window little before 7:30 was awesome. The Manager herehas been great as well. Had one order that was wrong and fixed right away. Keep it up. Read more

It did take longer than normal which is okay, because they just opened up. The food was delicious, the staff were amazing, and... the place is nice inside. Happy to finally have a taco bell nearby. Read more

First off, there are a few suspicious 5-star reviews that reek of being made by staff/manager. I am a huge fan of Taco Bell, so... I was happy as heck when one finally opened in Superior not 2 minutes from my place! Very excited. Unfortunately, I've hadnothing but very souring experiences with this particular location: ALL THREE TIMES I have been here there were horrible delays.I waited 15 minutes for a very simple order made in the drive-through, and they forgot to give napkins, taco sauce packets Iasked for, and one burrito -- and while I was charged for making my tacos supreme, only two-of-four were made as such. Thesecond time I ordered in the lobby, it smelt of uncleanliness and there was trash on the ground and numerous dirty table topsthat remained dirty for the whole HALF HOUR I sat there waiting for two meals to be made. The only good thing was a bigger shykid who was extremely polite and apologetic about the delay. He was good people. Finally I made an online order for two people, the order screen said to get my order now. So I got there only to find they hadn't even started on it! I am being 100% accurate:I sat there for literally 37 minutes waiting for my simple order. Salting the wound, the double steak grilled cheese burrito Iordered had almost no steak in it and an excessive amount of rice. I order this burrito *all the time*, so I know how it'ssupposed to be made. I wanted to throw it in the garbage, they've ruined it. What a shame that my new local Taco Johns is by farthe worst I've been to. I hope they retrain, get new management, or something/anything -- because as of now it is in totaldisarray. These other 5-star reviews seem very suspect to me, while all 3 of my visits align very true with all the other 1 and2 star reviews. Read more

I used to work at Taco Bell and it should not take as long as it did. They only took one persons order at a time and waited... until it was finished to complete it. I was waiting for over an hour for my food and it wasn?t even busy. The people inside werejust standing around and cleaning and only one person was actually doing anything. I will not go there again and will go to theone on central instead. At least I know they are working. Read more
