Stopped to grab breakfast combos and was given cold, dried out hash rounds. The worker agued when we requested fresh ones. The... worker said " I don't like hot food", and added that she couldn't even understand why people wanted HOT Chix when she worked atChurches Chicken. Of course she didn't want to refund money either. While waiting for her to drop potatoes and for them to cook,the sandwiches were getting cold. The one star is for the good job done on the coffee. I am only give them a 1 star because I can't do a negative number, this food isn't fit for animals! The floors were... disgustingly dirty, we were the only people in the restaurant or drive thru, the employees could have been cleaning. The chickenwas sour, the chicken nuggets were like rocks we asked for no mayonnaise and got triple the amount you would get if you hadasked for extra. This place should be shut down! Read more
Absolutely disgusting and horrible service! The staff decided that putting toilet paper in our bag would be appropriate since... they were out of napkins ???? never in my life have I experienced this. I mean they forget the napkins half the time anyway. Iwould have rather they just left them out all together. Then we go speak to the manager and she seems to think it was totallyokay because she assured us that ?it?s the toilet paper we use from the bathroom but it?s clean?. So gross. Never again. Read more
The manager at this location should be fired. This location is a hot mess. Be warned not to eat here. Another customer came in... from Drive Thru and was served a cold cold burger. Like not fully cooked. They were taking fries out too early and then throwingthem away. They were out of the Impossible Whopper and a few chicken sandwiches. Plus the main issue was how nasty the floorsare. A lot of Lazy Unprofessional workers here. The floors had un wiped soda spills and were sticky. Completely disgusting allaround. Thought i would grab a quick dinner on the way home, Well 25min later from time of placing order i got our food. Ghost pepper... burger came without the queso cheese, the sliced cheese was not melted, onion rings (out of the zesty sauce), Got originalchicken sandwich combo, Out of Coke and Dr Pepper. No receipt offered. Asked for ranch and it seemed to bother server inwindow. They can obviously only take 1 order at the drive thru window, process payment, give that person food and move on to thenext. Unable to multi task... Will be going to another location next time out of the way. They will at least be stocked and myfood may be cold when i get home. Read more
