Keep trying to give this restaurant a chance but definitely agree with other reviews that it feels like the culture here is just... so careless and not pro customer. Ordered online and when I got to the drive thru, I was told that their online system has beendown for a few weeks. They asked for an email confirmation but all I had received was a message from my bank that the chargewent thru. They made my order but I had to wait and I was told I shouldn't order online, rather than them fix it. They saidthey are a third party and there's nothing they can do. Read more
Western burger was super small and so were the onion rings. Hardly any taste in the meat or burger overall. Fries were okay tho.... Never again America. Never again ! Read more
I went to pick up a Door Dash order for a customer on 7-5 2022, it was around 8:45pm and the dining room had been closed early.... The dining room is supposed to be open at least till 10pm, 11pm on some days. So I went through the drive through to pick up mycustomer?s order which consisted of two hand breaded chicken sandwiches. The girl at the drive through said even though they hadreceived notice of the door dash order they didn?t plan to make any more chicken sandwiches the rest of the night. She asked ifI wanted them still make the sandwiches. I told her yes because that?s what my customer ordered and they said they had theability to make the order, they just didn?t want to. Finally around 10 minutes later is was handed the order without a wordsaid, no apology for the long wait, have a good night or anything. Extremely unprofessional behavior and lazy employees. I toldthe door dash customer to complain to Carl?s Jr. and let management know this is completely unacceptable. I will never accept aDoor Dash order from this location again. Read more
