I want to start by saying our waitress was absolutely wonderful, and this review has nothing to do with her. My fiance took me... to Carrabba's for a date last night. Our waitress greeted us, was so polite, took our order and kept checking on us. We orderedone meal that we were going to split, and wait almost an hour and a half. They did have a few larger parties. However, therewere people who sat down after us, ordered several meals and were served before we were. Our waitress kept apologizing andletting us know she was trying to figure out where our food was. We were sitted right next to the kitchen and heard the cookstell her that our food would be ready when it was ready. They finally got it done and when our waitress delivered it, sheapologized again. She mentioned she was going to talk with the manager about our wait time and would be back to check on us. Weoverheard that conversation too. She brought up to him that we had been waiting over an hour and he said, "well, so has everyoneelse so I don't know what you want me to do." The manager acted completely unprofessional, and he showed zero regard for hisemployees and customers. If our waitress sees this, thank you for being amazing, & we hope your night got better! Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend the pomegranate martini. Our waitress, Janie, was very attentive. Love the Caprese salad.
Nope. No way. So the ONLY reason this place is getting two stars is because our server was awesome and was doing the best she... could with what she was given. Ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria, a staple. What I got was like chicken nuggets in some sauce. I hadmore potatoes than chicken. Oof. The ?chicken breasts? were the size of my fork, peep the pic. I will say, the manager did a waybetter job of yelling at servers across the restaurant than he did checking on food leaving the kitchen. Read more
Food on point. Customer service was impeccable. I ordered for curbside. Had to call to ask for the olive oil and herbs. Comes... with meal anyways even ordering a kids meal chicken and penne. Had to change a menu items and they were extremely nice. Myregret was this was on a gift card. Price of order increased and I had no cash to leave a better tip. Was told couldn't add tomy debit.
