Tried to order 3 different things listed on the menu that they no longer carried or were out of in the drive-thru, ended up... going inside to order so we could browse without holding up the line. Walked in at 9:28pm on Friday night to pick up an order. Gentlemen helping me tells me order is being worked on it'll be ready... in a few. Not even 1 minute later a female employee walks up and tells me I need to go thru the drive thru and I can't be in thelobby because they're closed in the lobby. I pointed out that their door says 11pm. As I went outside she locked the door andthere was a group of 5 that asked me if they closed and I was like supposedly. They were like the app says 10pm I responded thedoor says 11pm... They were upset because they walked there to get Ice cream. The make associate brought me out the order andapologized and said I really don't know why she kicked you out and closed the lobby. I said no problem and pointed out thattheir sign and app have two different times and neither of them correspond with the time she just closed. Read more
