I ordered on line for delivery and it automatically put it to pick up when I submitted it. Called the store and the person I... talked to said they can cancel the order they didn?t have any drivers but still took my money. I never got any food or my moneyback I am so disappointed in them we eat here a lot and for them to take my $68.00 and get nothing cus I had to spend another$67 some where else to be able to eat is a lot now days with inflation and all. This is one of my favorite sandwich places. The bread is always soft and ingredients are good quality. Everyone working is... always friendly. Today they went above and beyond though. I ordered delivery and door dash messed up and didn't assign a driver.Not only did the awesome people at Good Cents re-make my sandwich so it would be fresh but the owner delivered it and it wasstill here by the time quoted when ordering online. He even called to explain and offer apologies. It's been a long time since Ihave encountered customer service like this and it's very appreciated.
