The sandwiches taste great, but they are getting smaller. Today they were more like the size of a hot dog bun than an actual... sub. Unfortunately, the prices have not shrunk along with the size of the sandwiches. Read more
This location has only been open for a few weeks and after how I was treated I will NEVER eat there again and this has nothing... to do with food! I was with my daughter and she stopped in to pick up an order, and I needed to take my medicine, for a medicalcondition, a HEART CONDITION! and asked the employee if I could have a drink to take my pill and he said NO. I said please, Ijust need a sip to swallow my medicine so I do not get sick, and I even had my own cup! and again was told NO. The employeestated it is "company policy" to not allow that? I said I literally just need a sip, he did not offer me to have a drink ofwater, or anything! The line was full and ALL the customers heard him tell me NO, one lady (who was older) was shocked and toldme to just go get a drink, her mouth was wide open in dismay. As I was leaving this "employee" proceeded to tell ALL thecustomers about what just happened (my guess is because they were all shocked and disgusted at his smug behavior) as if he wasmocking the situation. Sometimes medications need to be taken suddenly, such as mine for a HEART CONDITION! I understand thatcups, lids and straws are a big cost for restaurants (BUT I HAD MY OWN CUP WITH ME!) but this is appalling, one sip of a drinkis considerably less than what anyone "dumps out" while filling or refilling their drinks. I filled out the customer complaintform and contacted the Facebook page and was told to contact the franchise owner, which I did, almost 10 days ago and still havegotten NO response! This area of Surprise is by Prasada, and several of our elderly community live and shop in this neighborhoodand I would urge everyone that may need to take a life saving medicine suddenly, or even an aspirin to NOT EAT HERE! theemployees and obviously the management/owners do not care if nobody can bother to reply or call about this! We waited about 10 minutes to place our order, it was super busy. When we got up to order we told the lady what we wanted on... each sandwhich. We were passed to the assembly person she asked do you want it Mike's way, I told her I don't known what thatis, so she asked again do you want it Mike's way, I said this is my first time here I'm not sure what that means, she asked 2more times if I wanted it Mike's way and a customer explained to me what that meant. We went to pay and they charged me for only5 of the 6 sandwiches I said I think their is a mistake I'm not sure what is missing the assembly person came over and rolledher eyes at me and said there is no mistake. Then another employee that wrote the ticket got it corrected. They handed me 3sandwiches and I waited by thr register for the other 3. Then cashier said I have to move over I said I'm waiting for my other 3sandwiches she said those will take awhile longer (no time given for how long, I realized while waiting they were hot sandwichesso they were going to take longer). It took another 15 minutes to get my sandwiches and the rest of my group were done eating.The food was good, but based on my experience won't be back for a long time. New place, tried it out. Ordered chicken Philly with no onion, and chicken ranch sandwich , was very clear with my order. ... Waited for 5 minutes which is industry standard. Got the sandwich, checked before leaving store and sure enough there wereonions on it. Returned it, waiting another 5 minutes for sandwich to be remade. Issue is that these need to be eatenpromptly or then cool down and get soggy. Employee apologized with a ?sorry bout that when sandwich was remade. Store looksnew and clean. Probably not a repeat customer to this location based off experience. Read more
