My family and I have ate there 3 times. On the first visit we witnessed the cashier(owner) be rude to a customer. We were... shocked but it was none of our business. Second visit we witnessed the same cashier be unspeakably rude to a worker (teenager).My husband and I felt bad for the young lady as she was humiliated in front everyone. I told my husband, that could've been oneof our kids. Is this what our children go through when we let them go get their first job? Let me also mention the cashier neversmiles she looks miserable and to her leisure will walk away in the middle of taking an order to yell at a worker or customerwithout excusing herself. Never apologizing for walking away in the middle of the order. I guess third time is a charm becauseit was my turn. My husband was on the phone with me while I went to order. He was telling me what he wanted since he was holdinga table for us inside since seating is difficult and limited. I was repeating what he wanted to her. Then she ???? angrily said"maybe you should get off the phone. I told her I was giving her my husband's order and she said fine we will just make everyonehere wait for you." I can understand how she could've misunderstood what I was doing but there's no need to be extremely rude. Idon't understand how this place can be in business with such unbelievable horrible customer service. I told her maybe she shouldsmile and talk to people better. She then told me "maybe you should eat somewhere that will accommodate your needs". ???? thankyou, i sure will. I will not support a company that mistreats customers or workers so horribly. I asked a waitress who this ladywas because no business owner would allow this behavior from an employee. She said "Phyllis, the owner ????" no wonder why shetreats people the way she does, she can't get fired. And if you look at the rest of the bad reviews they all revolve aroundher... and don't bother complaining to Jim. He must be her dad or husband. Read more
The food was delicious and they give you a lot of food. The burgers are huge and affordable. This was our first visit and we... weren't sure how you get your drinks. Nobody explained how they serve their food there and that you get your own drinks whereyou order. I thought the cashier and the bus girl were rude. One of the servers was pleasant and helpful. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not waste your money here. This was our first time here and the service was the absolute worse. The... girl who took our order probably hasn't smiled in years, she had no idea how to even answer questions about their menu. She hadno interest in any type of small talk or customer service for that matter. After ordering we looked for a clean place to sit,good luck. This place if filthy. The dust is everywhere - top, bottom, up, down. We had to wipe our own table of debris. Waiteda decent time for our food, sipped on our drinks while we waited. The ice tea was horrible, tasted very old. When our food wasbrought, I asked for a Sprite instead. She asked, "Why? What's wrong with it?!" I told her how I didn't like it and I'd ratherhave a Sprite. She told me, " I don't know, go ask." So I went up and spoke with an older man whom I suppose is Jim. When Istepped up to the counter his exact words were, " what do you want". He saw the tea in my hand. I ask for a replacement. Hisresponse, " Why?! What's wrong with it!?" When I told him I did not like it, he answered, "next time you come make sure youorder right the first time. You are wasting my money, this costs me money.". Jaw dropped and flabbergasted, I told him maybethere just wouldn't be a next time. And good ol Jim let me know that would be best. Actually his words were, "Yeah Id rather nothave you back, you're just wasting my money." Shocked, I took my Sprite and sat down to eat. The food is alright. The onionrings are gross. As we were eating, Jim continued to talk about me, pointing toward me to his staff as if using me as anexample. Worse place I have ever been to in my life. I feel sorry for the staff.
