Walked in and was greeted by a very personable man that was joking with us. We were seated and Mary was a wonderful help in... educating me on potato pancakes. Never had them before and oh my goodness, THEY ARE AMAZING! The atmosphere is wonderful, staffwas helpful and the personable man at the front came by to check on everyone because he?s the owner and takes great pride in hisrestaurant. If you are in the area, this is restaurant you MUST stop at! Already had eaten one of the pancakes when I decidedto photograph it!! Read more

We go to Rich's all the time and every time we go the food and service is great. We especially want to give a shout out to Aaron... We stopped in recently on a Thursday afternoon during happy hour. It was not busy and we got great service (don?t recall... waiter?s name but he was attentive). We ordered the Greek chicken dinner, a club sandwich and a kid?s cheeseburger. Everythingwas good, portions were reasonable, and the kid?s meal was free (with adult entree) which was pretty nice.
