I am a Retired USAF Veteran and I know the meaning of ?Great? customer service. Carissa (Manager), Sandra (Assistant Manager),... and their staff at Uptown Alley gave my family and I just that; ?Exceptional? and ?Outstanding? customer service. Carissa,Sandra, and their staff have a passion for their skills; created a fun environment to go for all ages filled with excitement ?bowling, laser tag, arcade, pool tables, live music, karaoke, big screen TV?s for sports, delicious food, and wonderfuldrinks. From step 1 to step 10 Carissa, Sandra, and staff took their time going over all the menu items, answered all of ourquestions, and gave us a fun and exciting experience; the service we received was ?Exemplary?. This place is a ?One Stop Shop?,everything we needed to have a fun and fulfillment evening. They ensure customers? are treated at the ?Highest Level?. UptownAlley?s food is very good and very tasty. The quality of the food is fantastic. "Everything" we ate was "amazing". Theestablishment is very clean and welcoming. My family and I are 100% satisfied with the quality of service we received while atyour bowling alley. We made the best choice by choosing Uptown Alley to spend our family fun night. They have high end games /equipment for your pleasure and their prices are amazing for the quality of service that you will receive. This place is super fun. We bought the Spare package for eight for my son's 13th birthday. We got two hours of bowling and... plenty of arcade cards. Plus, there's a steep discount on laser tag if you add it onto the package. There's pizza and apersonalized birthday monster cookie. The value to cost was pretty stellar and definitely worth it for the big transition toteenhood to get off the couch and go DO a thing. The only glitch in the service (minus one star) was actually making thereservation. You can't make a reservation more than a week in advance, so you set an alarm on your phone for Saturday morning aweek before the party. After you put your info in online, you have to wait for Group Sales to contact you. If they get backright away it might go to your spam folder, then if you call after five during the week to confirm Group Sales won't beavailable and you have to leave a voice mail, then when they return your call it might be while you're at work (9-5 M-F), thenthey might text you (YAY!) and give you 30 minutes to sign your contract or lose your reservation (BOO!). First visit on a Sunday afternoon for child?s birthday party. We all had a great time. The food (pizza, fries, hot dogs,... sliders) was excellent & served at proper temperature. The establishment was well staffed and employees were diligent in theirjob duties. Our server was welcoming, knowledgeable, & she spoke clear, articulate English. How refreshing was it to see aserver who looks up and smiles, communicated clearly, (didn?t mumble) and knew exactly what she was doing. Our party reallyenjoyed the bowling & games. Fun laser tag, food is pretty bad. Pizza is kinda raw. Fries under cooked. Chicken sandwich raw. Lotta staff sitting around... while people wait and wait and wait. They should have a sign saying to seat yourself and to order yourself. Wish I would haveknown after sitting around forever to just look under the condiments and scan the qr code to place my own order. Very cool place. Lots of lanes, a few pool tables, a decent arcade, laser tag, and a VR setup. There is a bar and a restaurant... area. Somewhat pricey drinks but super friendly bartenders. Music is loud but not unbearable. A good place to come with a groupfor sure. Read more
