Super clean and very friendly staff. The food was delicious, as expected although they did miss the bacon on my burger. This... placed opened not that long ago so figured some mistakes are common at the beginning. All in all, I was happy with the greatservice and even happier that we finally have one here in Surprise. This place is usually fantastic. However, after stopping by at 6pm, (busy hours - I get that), we ordered a Whataburger meal and... an adult chicken tender meal. Both large. The burger looked like it was microwaved and the chicken tender literally looked likethe kids meal?$10 for three tiny, crispy pieces of chicken and fries. Don?t get me wrong, I love Whataburger and go herefrequently but this was the most disappointing quality of food we?ve experienced. Read more

We tried this location when it first opened and it was trash. Growing pains, we thought. Fast forward several months, we just... tried again today and it was even worse. I ordered a patty melt, a jr. burger, and two large fries. To start with, they forgotone of my fries, but still managed to charge me for them. My husband?s patty melt was raw (see pics) and my burger was soggy andmushy. The fries tasted/looked like they had been dipped in the oil for all of 30 seconds.
