I have been to numerous chipotle restaurants throughout the lower mainland , and received exceptional service. Although my... experience at this location was horrible. Most of the dining area was filthy. My friend and I asked for chicken burritos. Theyhad cross contaminated the rices and beans and all the inserts of food were dry and there was barely any food in each insertsincluding the chicken. (Essentially the bottom /leftovers) that looked extremely unappealing. After waiting order my friendreceived uncooked chicken and puked in the washroom. Read more
Terrible customer service! I have never left a negative review anywhere before but my experience was so bad I felt it was worth... putting down in this forum. The place was empty and yet the staff was too busy chatting to even look up and acknowledge mypresence. I've been to Chipotles all across the lower mainland and have never been more severely disappointed than this one. Terrible... customer service and the food quality is poor. Employees just stand around chatting with each other and chicken and steak arealways dry to the point where they look like jerky. The guac that I've shown in the photo(no filter at all) is also dry to thepoint where it looks like it shouldn't be served anymore (no longer looks fresh). Ordered two bowls it was an hour before close. Portion was very small due to lack of ingredients. Asked if they have more... lettuce or cheese the answer was ?no it?s close to closing time? asked if they have any chips again same answer. Verydissatisfied with the service and totally noticeable small portion size. This is the only chipotle I have come across in thelower mainland with such poor customer service.
