If the review was just on the food and the customer service I would probably give 4.5 but the stores poor design, menu that... doesn't explain much, and lack of staff made it tough. I ordered a chicken Shawarma but felt bad for the workers beingoverwhelmed by online orders and delievery orders that I didn't get a chance to get anything explained to me. Didn't seetoppings explained anywhere. The till is hidden in the back corner which is complicated when there is more than a couple ofpeople. It was a lunch rush and the worker making the food was moving very quickly but didn't get a lot of help. The cashierwas preoccupied with other goings on so the service time suffered. Seems like 1 more staff member would have made things gosmoother. It's not fair for someone to have to apologize to each and every customer for the wait. Now the fries I got were someof the best fries I have had even without seasoning. The chicken. Shawarma was pretty good. 8 out of 10. I would have beenhigher but it was a little extra wet. Read more
