I went there on my birthday with my brother for dinner. The waitress was so rude and one of their dishes was not good at all.... The customer service was zero. If I do go back there, I would nake sure to show them my attitude too. If this is how thecustomers are going to be treated, then either shut off their restaurant or fire her. We went here for my birthday last weekend and it was disappointing. I?ve ordered from the restaurant before through door dash... and was very happy. This time, the food was just not up to par and the experience was not great. Very small portions for itshigh price. The food quality was okay, a bit oily. When we went their water boiler was broken so no hot water for tea. Our 10month baby pooped and there was no change table in either the men?s or women?s washroom, the floors were extremely dirty andthey had no knives in the restaurant at all (I wanted to cut up some noodles for my daughter, they said they didn?t have anyknives because the food is cut bite sized already). I?m sorry what restaurant doesn?t have any knives? What if you had a childor an older person who needed things cut a bit smaller than how it comes out? (SURREY location) I barely review places, but today via Doordash. The food was too oily. My Mapo Tofu 60% of the sauce was in... the bag what a MESS! My family and I have been ordering here since they opened. Unfortunately the Portion is almost Haft thesize but the Price is at least 30% Higher. We were there a few times for lunch and I like some of the food. However this week we came two times at lunch time and both time... we found the restaurant closed with this notice of coming back on 4pm. If you decide to open only for dinner, shouldn?t youchange your business hours both at your door and on Google? It?s really disappointing after driving 20min only seeing this. Read more
