Hasn't been good experience lately, they mostly don't have chicken pizza stating that they are not getting chicken supply but... other pizza huts at the same time do offer and have chicken pizza which we go and have to pick up after a drive. Same goes withthe deals.... the famous 555 deal other pizza huts offers but this particular pizza hut loaction most of the time doesn't offerthis deal. Making it so difficult for us to go drive to another pizza hut and pick it up. Really inconvenient as online orderand delivery will only be done from the nearest hut, no point having this pizza hut in the locality when they don't offer whatother pizza huts are offering. Horrible customer service. When I called to make a pick up order, a man picked up the phone and ended up abruptly hanging up as... I was trying to finalize my order. I called a second time and a woman answered. I explained the awful encounter I had previouslyand she told me to wait on the line as she tried to investigate which staff member I interacted with. She proceeded to try togaslight me and say that I had talked to someone from the call Center and that the only man working with her was a trainee thatwas not answering any phone calls. I was very upset that she would not take ownership for this ?trainee? and would not apologizefor the incident. She hung up on me as I was relaying the first phone call made. Since I live close to this location, I headeddown there to talk with the manager (whom I believe is named Samhee although he refused to disclose how to spell his name). Headmitted to being the first person I interacted with and justified his rude actions by saying that he had other customers todeal with and he rolled his eyes at me. It was disgusting to see how none of the staff members take ownership over theirmistakes and their inability to apologize. Really upset that they tried to gaslight me and keep their names hidden so as to notget reported. Will never go there again Read more

Fully disappointed with service and food quality.
