Absolutely the presentation/packing, the best out there. Their dishes have a certain tangy taste which reminds you of the name... "sirka" with almost every bite. Butter chicken has sweet and tangy taste as it hits your mouth. Chicken pieces are big and thequantity is good so far. Kadhayi chicken has very good taste of "khada masala". They give their signature "sirka pyaaz" withit. UPDATE: The service and taste are deteriorating gradually. Tried the Sirka pyaaz paneer, it really disappointed me a lot.It has a really strong taste of Elaichi(cardamom), it can be renamed as Elaichi pyaar paneer. Also, the naan is getting verythick which makes is HARD TO CHEW. Read more

Perfect take out shop for all food, convenient location and accessibility. Well done interior then most of the other take out... places where there is no air conditioner and you have to wait for your food order. Basically the waiting area is three seaterarea with magazine to read and cool air while you wait for your order to be ready. Guys cooking the delicious delicacies areprofessional chefs with 20 plus experience of working in executive hotels as chefs. So expect finger licking food. I triedpakora and indian style coffee and i must say I didn’t go to any other pakora place after this. Then i ordered goat currywhich was cooked to perfection and not too oily but more close to home cook goat-curry. Loved it. Naan bread is fresh and crispywhich just melts in your mouth. Wonderful place to order mouth watering food, if you miss Indian Food then this place is surely for you, you will get an amazing... service with tasty food. I have tried their Mirch Pakora, Soya Champ, Kasundi Paneer Tikka, Stuffed Kulcha, Butter Chicken, RiceKheer and Flooda Kulfi each and every item was tastier than the other. Must visit place. Excellent food. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Canada. The food is always fantastic no matter what I order.... Considering the quality and quantity the prices are very reasonable. The tandoori fish (Cod) is to die for. The 36 hours Dalreminds you of hundred years old Kesar Da Dhaba. The only place you are going to get this delicious Amritsari Kulchas out ofAmritsar is at Sirka. We are so fortunate to have this place in Surrey. Read more
