have been to this location multiple times (more than 30 probably) and i can?t tell you how many times the drinks (especially the... frappuccinos) taste like actual garbage. they always add way too much mocha or sweetener or pumpkin spice it is literallyDISGUSTING. save your money yall. Read more
Very very very slow and never get your order right. Do not ask for extra of anything because you will pay for it but won?t get... it. This was the closest and only store close to me. Every time you will be waiting 30 minutes in the driver thru. You wouldthink this is because they are busy.. it?s not. And they love closing down early without any notice. The staff was so cool! They made my drink the best like it should be... plus they gave me complimentary refresher isn't it nice?
I'm disappointed that you so consistently close your store for walk in customers. I drive a garbage truck & visit your store... every saturday morning. Its the only place I have on my route to wash my hands, use the washroom & grab a quick cup of coffee &a brownie. I understand that you may be having staffing issues but that's the reason for the bad review. Staff your storeappropriately (if thats the issue). The staff you already have are awesome, friendly & polite. Treat them well. Read more
