Since they've hired all the east-indian international students, customer service has gone down the drain! They are literally... laughing and giggling in the back and pay absolutely no attention to the customers. The "supervisor" (another internationalstudent) on Tuesday, October 4th at 3:45pm fought with me over $2.99 (10 timbits) that they forgot to punch in and charge mefor. I had to use my debit twice because of their mistake. Hopefully the owner makes better choices in hiring going forward ortrains these employees better. This was my first experience at this place and I must say that they have the best customer service in Surrey. I still remember... a boy working there named Gagan Brar ( as written on his name tag.) He was so polite and dealt with kindness. Read more
today i order steep tea and bluebee muffin ! but both of items were so bad ! steep tea seems like there is only water no taste... of sugar or coffee ! & Muffin was even worst than steep tea ! muffin was not fresh and even it seems like it was sitting therefrom last 1 week beacuse the top of muffin was so hard ! and the taste was weird from inside ! its not the first time it?salready happnd with me twwice from this location! I order without sugar coffee but with sugar given. Many times misstake already. Service person accept orders doing roughly jobs.

Had the most annoying experiences at this Tim Hortons. We go often for coffee and snacks for my kiddos after school and twice in... one week, they forgot my daughters seasonal dream donut and made us loop back around. I even paid extra for an upgrade the firsttime and second time I asked for a free item for the hassle of waiting in line again. The manager (?) on shift accused me oflying. Who on earth would loop back around and waste their time to steal a donut. They refused to give me the donut like it wascoming out of their pockets and had the whole staff staring me down. They always have the worst customer service there. I couldunderstand if the staff were high-school students but the people there are full grown adults. ???????????? Read more
