The worst service ever. You tell them everytime to add something more in your order but still you don't get it. Even though we... pay for the extra things, we don't get it. Also, the staff is so disorganized, one person takes the order then prepares thewhole order and then take the next order. What the hell is going on.. why can't one person take all the orders and one make onlybagels and two or three people just making coffee nd drinks and others making wraps. Read more

Terrible service, constantly given the wrong order, staff doesn?t know how to work the register or punch in things correctly,... and when they finally get your order taken, they don?t give you all the items you pay for. I live in the area so unfortunatelyI?ve frequented this location so many times just hoping that maybe it?s just the time of day I come in, but no, the staff iseither just incompetent or they aren?t being trained properly. Everytime i order online, i will get one thing missing.. They will have no baked food available,No wraps ,no bowls at night..... Even they do not even bother about it.. There's one boy who works late, i think he doesn't like to work there and make customersuncomfortable by his inappropriate expressions and zero customer service skill he owns.. I think head office should visit themtime to time.. Oh and one more thing they have the option to mark things unavailable online so that customer won't order it ifit's not available..
