Went here on a Thursday evening, the waitress told us it was going to be a long wait because they were short staffed. I was kind... of hesitant to stay but figured we'd give it a shot. I must say I was impressed not only did we not have to wait too long butthe food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised, will definitely be back, highly recommend if driving through Susanville it'sa good place to stretch your legs and the food was really good. Read more

The only thing good about this place were the potato skins. We waited for an hour to get our food and when we finally did, my... waffle, eggs and bacon were cold. Me and my husband both ate his meal, the tri tips, chicken and ribs. We both ended up gettingsick, so not sure how old the meat was. The waitress was very nice and they did take my order off the bill. If you want a good,hot meal in less than an hour, find somewhere else. Read more
After being on the road all day, we found Lumberjacks to stop and get a hearty lunch. We ordered a breakfast combo (the hash... browns were exceptionally cooked!) and the 1 pound big redwood burger. You guys, this burger, is massive! It took up more thanhalf the plate and the other half is taking up the to go box! Hands down the best burger ever tasted! Love Lumberjacks. Delicious food in large portions. We are always seated within moments of walking in. No waiting for service,... even on some of the busiest days I've been there. The servers always make sure we have a drink as soon as we start looking overthe menu. Lots of great meals to choose from, sometimes it's hard to decide! I really like how everyone is always smiling andreally efficient too. Great place for a meal with family or friends.
