The food is normally hit or miss mostly miss. Most times their fries taste like old Fries reheated and you have to hope your... chicken sandwich isn?t burnt and cold or just cold . But today tops the cake . I cut my burger it was completely pink . Thelady offered to remake it herself which is why I gave two stars she was nice and loved her vibe but I didn?t want the food . This used to be a great location with good hot food and fast friendly service. I've watched it slowly decline over the last... several years. Tonight was my 3rd visit in the last 2 weeks, all 3 visits resulted in me leaving empty handed. There is nospeedy service at the drive-through, there is no service of any kind at the drive-through. The last 3 visits all resulted in meleaving after waiting about 10 minutes to have my order taken. I will not come to this restaurant again. There's a Culveracross the street with the bonus of friendly employees and hot food. If I want to get out of my card for food, I will go toQuick Trip. there's one North of here and one south of here. If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. Just waited for ten minutes to place my order in the drive thru with nobody even in... front of me waiting to order. Then waited another 15 in line with three cars in front of me that has already ordered. Then whenI paid they charged me for the person in front me without asking. I have not been to a McDonald's in a year...for some reason tonight, I felt like stopping to get something after work. I went... thru the Sussex wi McDonald's empty drive thru with no car in sight. Waited for a minute before the guy said anything. Ok, sothen I place my order...dbl cheeseburger, medium fry, carmal frappe. It was 10:20 pm so I asked if everything would befresh...of course he says yes. So I pull up to the 2nd window to see him standing and playing on his phone which was chargingright next to the register. He goes makes the frappe...opens the window and hands it to me....mind you he literally has not saidone word to me I hand him my card....window closes...he proceeds to go on his phone...I see a guy behind him putting my bag offood together and sit it down by this guy's phone. Register guy just continues texting or whatever he was doing..my foodsits...my card just sitting in the machine still. He writes a message I assume...then after a min or two he realizes my food issitting there...then without a word hands me my food...I had to ask for my card back, he hands it to me...I said thanks...andstill not one word. I pull off..take a bite of an old dbl cheeseburger, yuck, then I try a fry that was cold and soft not anycrunch! Absolutely disgusting! $11 dollars I literally just through in the garbage.
