This Outback had better ratings than the one near our house (which we do not visit because it has let us down so many times). We... decided to visit and, overall, things were alright. I ordered the Bloomin' Fried Chicken sandwich with cheese fries and waspretty disappointed in the portion size. The sandwich was $14.94 and, as you can see in my picture, the size of the meat wasjust unacceptable for that price point. HOWEVER, the recovery from the situation was fantastic. Our server was understandingand compassionate about the situation. I was able to easily replace the item with another without any fuss. I personally do notlike speaking with management over those things and she just handled it for me. In the end, the steak my wife had was great,the kids had good food, and the service was excellent. I will not buy that particular item in the future and was disappointed inthe lack of value. We will most likely return and it is primarily because of how my server and management handled my issue.Thanks ????. Read more
