Growing up in Ohio Penn Station was a stable in my family. We would have it every week or so because it was 1. Easy 2. Delicious... and 3. Was always a crowd pleaser - I'm talking not only my family but we would cater a lot of school functions growing up fromthem and it would be amazing!! I was sad when I moved away from school that it would no longer be avaiable. Around 2013 I movedto Atlanta and one day stumbled upon one in the north druid hills area. To say I was EXCITED is an under statement!!!!! Afterthat any time I was on that side of the city I would stop in. I would make sure to stop by when I was going to see my family whohad moved to SC so they could have it too! For the following years I would stop in the one in druid hills, but a few weeks agoI discovered that that location had closed!! I was CRUSHED!! But then I found one a little farther outside the city in Suwanneso I decided to make the drive. It was so worth it! Hot and wonderful - the fries weren't so great but whatever. A week passesand I was headed to see my family so I decided to stop in. I walk in the door and I'm told 'we are closed' it was 2:05 pm on aFriday. I looked at thier hours of operation on the door and looked back and the workers and said 'it says your open from11am-9pm, it's barely past 2'. Then a lady came from the back and VERY RUDELY said 'we are closed'. I said the same thing to her'your hours say you are open' - she rolled her eyes, huffed and said ' too bad we are closed'. I stood there for a moment inconfusion/bewilderment - when I looked back at her she made a gesture with her eyes to leave. I used to LOVE this place butwith attitude and treatment like that needless to say it will be a while before I go back. Read more

I?ve been to Penn Station plenty of times at various locations, but my most recent carry out order was terrible!!!!! I bought 4... sandwiches on this particular day for different people and we all were in agreement that all the subs were bad!! The chickenwas in big chunks and dry when it?s supposed to be chopped up on the grill. It wasn?t flavorful at all!! The onions andmushrooms were almost non existent. The bread was hard. Just a waste of money!! The staff needs to be trained on how to make aproper cheesesteak sub!! Read more

This is hands down the best Philly cheese steak franchise out there, the meat is real and tender, the spice is excellent, the... mushrooms and the mayonnaise taste fantastic as well, and oddly enough grilled banana peppers go really well on a sandwich fromPenn station, and they even offer mustard for some reason. The store was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly, myorder was perfect and my fries were crispy, I couldn't ask for more. But I did, and I got a chocolate chip cookie which might bea little on the dangerous side because I know I will soon be addicted. Read more
