Went thru drive thru and 11:10 am on November 21 and the girl over the intercom said they where doing a shift chance and she... could take my order in 15 to 20 min. This is not the first time. I have been in side before, and the place was dirty, No cokefor the machines in the lobby. Read more
I work 3rd shift so i stopped in around 9:40 to grab something for lunch. Spent $12 on a Baconator combo and got small burnt... pieces of Bacon and the top bun was BURNT! Service at this Wendys has gone down hill tremendously the last year or so! Read more
Disgusting ???? I walked into the filthiest bathroom I have EVER seen at a restaurant! I've posted some pictures. There was what... appeared to be blood on the bathroom counter. On a Wednesday in the late part of the lunch rush. Short line at the drive through, except I wasn't sure if the lady in front of... me wasn't sleeping. Turned out she was waiting for the order taker. The wait seemed to be a good 5 minutes between cars. I hadmade my order on the app so I figured that might speed things up. Except it didn't. Not only did I have to wait several minutesto talk to the order taker, they were very confused and had difficulty confirming my order. The deal was buy a premiumsandwich, got any other premium sandwich for $1. The spicy chicken sandwich I got was not fried, nor spicy, but it was otherwisefine. The pretzel bun pub burger was delicious and to order (no pickles). So, not a disaster, they just need better trainingand oversight I think. Room for improvement at this store. Read more

Slow Slow service even though there was no one in front of us to order. There was one person waiting for the rest of his order.... Our grilled chicken sandwiches wasn't even close to warm, the fries were cold, I told my granddaughter her salad was warmer thanmy chicken. I honestly think I am done with Wendy's after this.
