Very rude and unprofessional! Employees seem to be more concerned about their gossiping and personal lives then they was about... the customer right in front of their faces. To top it off I had to repeat my order several times to the unconcernedemployees. Have a nice day and never again Sweetser Subway!!! Read more
The workers were fast and friendly with smiles on their faces. 10/10 would destroy the bathroom again.
Ordered online for pickup. Out of four subs, not one of them had the right veggies and cheese that we ordered. Called to speak... to the manager, but he/she was unavailable. Was told to call back the next day at a certain time, which I did. Was told they hadleft early and to call back the next day at a certain time. Manager was unavailable again. This went on for several days until Ifinally gave up. We order from there quite often and at least one and usually more than one of the subs will have the wrongingredients. Ordered my sandwich online. They charged me for extra cheese but didn't actually put it on my sandwich ordered extra tomatoes... got 4 slice on my foot long and the artisan bread was so stale it made my jaw sore trying to chew it. Worst sandwich ever. Read more
