My partner and I regularly go to this Tim Hortons, have been for over two years. Lately the service has gotten slower and worse... over the past month, for example; we?ve received RAW beef in not one but TWO craveables, we?ve been served BURNT coffee and onmore than one occasion we?ve had to ask for spoons, missing food items, etc. as someone who has worked in the fast food industryand café industry, this is unacceptable to be treating polite loyal customers this way. i can't believe no one is talking about how this tims makes you wait forever after taking your order in the drive through just... because they want to keep the service time down, im sure they have an incentive to have low drive through times but instead ofactually being quick they found a scam to be as slow as they want and still look fast. and they never enter it in the till sothey mess up your order most times... worst tims in swift current. do not go here!
