Caribou is the best coffee in DeKalb-Sycamore, and barrista Eric is the best! I've been to cafe's in Italy, Venice and Paris,... and he is a whiz: Two or more drinks at one time--no problem. And always a kind word and a helping hand. Read more
Such a bummer? being from Iowa I was so excited to find a Caribou within an hour drive (being as I live in Rockford). But I was... quickly disappointed when my mocha had WAAAY too much milk and not enough chocolate. I fully realize that this is tough theCaribou way (they actually melt chocolate in the steamed milk versus using drinking chocolate combined with the espresso whichis far superior IMO), but this is what sets Caribou apart. Obviously I?ll return to let them try again, but this is a HUGE issueat satellite Caribou Coffee locations. Please please please make Caribou stand out so you can have more locations!
