First time visit for lunch on a Thursday. Our server was fantastic - patient with our road-weariness, knowledgeable about the... menu, and happy to share her favorites when asked. The beer options were somewhat lackluster. Wild Hog's Pumpkin Ale tasteslike a mildly pumpkin cider and the Silver Branch Dr. Juicy IPA was somewhat flavorless. Our other bar choice was the SykesvilleMonster - a very sweet concoction that I would not repeat. The food... One of the reasons we chose this spot was their take onpoutine. While tasty, the riducously small portion was completely over-priced. My choice of the chicken waffle BLT wasregrettable due to the lack of warning that there would be crunchy chunks of sugar in the waffle and absolutely tastelesspimento spread. My partner's burger was thick, juicy, and properly cooked to temp. Fresh-cut fries were okay but cooled ratherquickly. We will find another place to dine while in town. Read more
Zippy is an amazing server. Food was delicious. We enjoyed the Oktoberfest menu. Only suggestion would be to pound the pork a... little thinner on the schnitzel. Otherwise everything is fantastic. Whole Hog Pumpkin beer is my favorite pumpkin beer thisseason. Read more

My husband and I checked out this restaurant for the 1st time today for lunch. We were greeted and seated right away even... though they were pretty busy for a Friday midday timeframe. Keirstyn was our waitress. She was friendly and checked up with usoften. I tried the watermelon ???? crush and it was the perfect summer drink, so good. We had a few appetizers (ghost pepperbuffalo wings and a beef and potato app) and I had the ribs as an entree. The ribs were tender and flavorful. We had a greatexperience at this restaurant. I am not sure if we will return only because we do not live in the Sykesville area and justdecided to drive and try something different. I definitely recommend. Read more

This was from two different visits... The first vist I had the smash burger with onion rings. I wanted this to get 5 stars... soooo bad, but who serves a burger on a nice roll without being toasted? The onion ring were good ???????? The second visit Iordered honey old bay chicken wings and crab wontons. The crab wontons were not to my liking. They had more cream cheese thananything else. The plum sauce taste more like a teriyaki than a Sweet chili. I hate teriyaki! The wings were fried hard, which Idon't mind. The chef was a little stingy on the sauce, although I do not like my wings soaking. I had to ask do they only servedrumettes with their wings. I was told they were out of flats. Well ok, it would have been nice to know. I also had a piece ofchicken that was deformed and that turned my stomach. I really want to love love this place because the service is awesome andit is really cozy. Both visits Lauren was my server, she's super sweet. I will try something else out next time. Read more
