Not inky are they out of things constantly, like roast beef, every employee acts like they can be annoyed that you even walk in... the place. If you don't want to have to work then do something else. They do not stand out like other arbys places. How do youput burnt bacon on a sandwich and find it acceptable. How do you send a sandwich out without the meat because you are out of itwithout saying anything or providing a different meat? How do you upcharge for extra meat when you are out of the kind not onthe sandwich. This place is awful. I walked in and recorded the same thing I got earlier that was awful to see if they did itdifferent or what and everyone in the place had a wrong order. It's one thing to make an order wrong but 4/4 orders with wrongitems is unacceptable for any place. This is a management and compamy culture problem. The order i reordered was made properly.I asked why the last ones were wrong and the worker shrugged me off as if it didnt matter. The facility is dirty, had wet floorsigns up but looked as if it hadnt been mopped or swept in a week. Restrooms may give you Hep C, and Do not go. Read more
The worst beef n cheddar I have ever had from Arbys. Looked like they went and got roast beef from Walmart deli. Seriously. The... slices were so thick and the edges so hard I couldn't even chew it. Just tried Prime Rib cheesesteak...YUK, was NOT good. Had no taste and cold fries!! Don't bother with these!
Arby's is usually great, and we love coming for a inexpensive snack. Occasionally they have an off day, as we've experienced... ourselves, but I appreciated their efforts to make it right with a complimentary meal card. Their food is good quality, despitebeing fast food. Overall, it's one of the better fast food restaurants in Sylacauga, and this one provides a nice experience. Read more
