The lady that took our order was rude and so was the lady that handed us our food and we never got a receipt. That lady that... gave us our food never said a word to us and she looked angry. I told her thank you multiple times and not even a smile oranything she just ignored it. I understand a bad day I used to work there but that was just unnecessary. Read more

The Sylacauga location has 2 order kiosks and can only take 1 order at a time. There should not be two lines if only one person... is going to take orders. The customer service wasn?t good, and the lady who took our payment was eating the whole time. Theyoung lady(man) at the 2nd window was texting before she decided to fill my order after a minute of texting. There are differentscenarios that I could I can say but there wouldn?t be room for it. We stopped for breakfast while traveling. Behind the counter, they had approximately 25 breakfast sandwiches prepared. Only 1... customer came in while we were there. When we got our sandwiches, they were cold and the hashbrowns were very cold. Read more
