Place was full, but turn over was fast. Had the prime rib and a flight of beer. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes... great food in a friendly atmosphere. Read more

Was very excited to try their bison burger special featuring Kernza® buns made from Kernza® grown at The Land Institute and... bison which was also sourced locally. Along with the beer brewed from Kernza®, the meal was fantastic. It was a pleasure tohave a good meal that was truly local and also seasonal. Aviation theme of the restaurant is also unique! Steak was fine, Salmon was fantastic. Everything else was 'eh'. Wait time and flavor for the food to come out earned them 3... stars instead of 5. They were busy though. Lots of people standing waiting in line to be seated. I think a lot of people comefrom out of town to go here. Waiter was fine. Had to ask for our drinks to be refilled and was only checked on once. We wantedto get the bill and leave, but it took awhile to flag him down. Probably a big reason why the wait was so long. I did like theirsalad, just basic, like any other restaurant. Baked potatoe was not cooked well and not flavored. Just a lot of bacon is all. Iwould go back for the salmon. Plan to spend $60 total for 2 people. 3/5 accessibility ?? bad parking situation, and steps goingin. Some tables are wheelchair friendly. 4/5 Baby friendly.
