Pizza was cold, But was still ok. It's the delivery I have a major problem with, the delivery person didn't even come to the... door she just laid it on the porch. And didn't even text or let me know it was there if I hadn't had my cameras on I wouldn'thave known that it had been delivered.. Drastically change. According to the estimated time of arrival in the app our order should have been delivered by 6:11pm. At... 6:29 I decided to give the restaurant a call seeing as my order said the pizzas were still in the oven after almost an hour. Icalled and it sent me to hold. I sat listening to Pizza Hut advertisements for 10 minutes before I got a text, while on hold,that my order was out for delivery. So I hung up seeing as nobody wanted to answer the phone anyway. We live 6 minutes from therestaurant. 12 minutes later the pizza was delivered. Parts of the order were incorrect, pizza wasn?t even hot anymore. Overallterrible experience as well as the last time we tried we had a bad experience. There was supposed to be a free large pizza tiedto my phone number from the last bad experience but that wasn?t taken off. I am pretty much giving up on at least this Pizza Hutas a reputable establishment and the Pizza Hut app as a whole. Also they need to learn to cut pizzas.
