Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. Inside decor is nice, but service isn't up to par; both dining in, and... delivery. Two most recent orders were delivery and both were disasters. One order came after 1.5 hours, the other order camemissing 3 entrees (i.e., missing an entire bag). Calling the restaurant resulted in an argumentative conversation - "we'rebusy..." and "didn't you get two bags? You want to order more?" -- no, i just want my food. No apologies, nothing... Rice is perfect, fish is beautiful, and the dashi shoyu on the table is always a great touch!
Had the salmon teriyaki bento box. Its pretty good, solid price. The atmosphere is solid, the building interior is well... designed. Service is good. tea is good Siu mai is fine, but its the really soft frozen kind. All the other bentos ive had usethe same ones, just more firm. Salmon was good. No complaints. California rolls were good, but werent packed tight enough. Ifyoure bad with chopsticks you may unroll them. Salad is good, but the sauce tastes a bit different from other japanese saladdressings.
