This is the WORST McDonalds I?ve ever gone to!! I am not a harsh or picky person, and I have have work in the restaurant... business as a server, FOH manager, and bartender?so I am aware that the food service industry is extremely difficult anddemanding. This is still the WORST McDonald?s Location I have ever ever gone to. This is not based on one visit. I have gonehere many times, at different times of day?busy, slow, morning, afternoon and night and it?s is terrible! The only thing thisplace has going for it is possibly the staff they are generally pleasant, but poorly trained. Food is always off in someway?fish sandwich (cold), again (no tarter sauce or cheese), fries cold and or over/not salted, and there is always some kind ofissue with payment. Came here to do some meetings. I was super rushed and didn?t have time to buy anything before I started. All the employees were... careful not to disturb me the whole time and cleaned the dining room better than I have seen at a McDonald?s location. When Ifinished I needed to use the bathroom and got a coffee. The staff was super friendly, which you almost never see in customerservice anymore. I went to the McDonald's in Shop City, was disappointed that they no longer served my breakfast burritos or not serving the fish... sandwiches which is what I usually get. their chicken nuggets were over cooked that the little girl my daughter couldn't eatwhich resulted in the nuggets going in the trash. This place is excellent . The food, service, cleanliness , waiters waitresses everything excellent, as far as manager go She is... great very friendly stops to most table to greet customers asking if food and service are ok.
