Big family pub with a games area in back, a kids? play area with a small slide, more than 40 beers on tap, and vegetarian... friendly options. The well-designed menu features poutine, duck and pork, as well as familiar pub fare. There is ample seatingwith booths, tables, and ample space at the rail. Burger was terrible!!!! We drove all the way from Philadelphia to get the best burger in town at Pal n' Angus but it was closed.... So we decided to go to the Hops Spot, which had really good reviews for burgers. Sadly, the burger was extremely plain, nottasty, not juicy. So disappointing!!! I'd give them 1 star for burgers... But I'm giving three because Poutine was one of thebest I've had (even better than the ones in Canada), nice gravy and curds. The salad was also really fresh and creative, niceingredients and interesting combination of flavors. I'll come back for poutine, but NOT FOR THE BURGER. Read more
Dinner before Hamilton at Landmark Theater. Said 45 min wait, we were seated in 30 min. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.... Great draft beer selection. I went for my ol' standby "swallow wit" by Middle Ages Brewery. For food I had these "buffalo"chicken lettuce wraps (pictured). Flavor was good, but the lettuce pieces were so small, I expected them to be bigger. Therest of my party ordered burgers, and ate them right up. I also ordered Fox Fries = Beer cheese and bacon fries. Very tasty,fries are good. 4? because everything was just good, nothing was stellar. Would go again. Read more
After going the first time for a quick beer we had to go a second to try the food and more specialty beers. Everything tasted... incredible and the presentation was awesome! The bartender was really knowledgeable and had great suggestions. Would definitelyrecommend checking it out! Read more

Great food and atmosphere, everything we had was good. The duck wings are fantastic, burger temperature spot on and was really... surprised about the Pork belly, smoked to perfection.
