No way to leave a review directly on their site. The last 2/3 times I?ve come here i have been shorted an item. I live too far... to want to come back and don?t like holding up the line to check my order at the window. So the first time we came they didn?tgive us the au jus with the French dip combo, and now this visit we didn?t receive our large curly fry which was a huge bummer.We did get the au jus this time but the cup was only 1/3 full at best which seems cheap since it?s a $7 sandwich. I like thefood but probably won?t go back since we don?t always receive all our stuff more often than not. Read more
I haven't been to Arby's for several years. But I wanted to try their new cheese steak sandwich. When I walked in I was... greeted with a cheery hello and a big smile. My order came up quickly and was correct. The food was the usual good tastingArby's food I remember. I liked the new sandwich. And it looked like they had a few more new menu offerings. I don't come through often, but I have always had decent (not great, just decent) experiences with the quality of food and... customer service. That being said, I have never spent less than 20 minutes in the drive thru. This has been the case for over 3years, even prepandemic. I'm not sure why this is... under staffing, management, training, the nature of the food they serve?I'm just disappointed in this. They never serve more than 2 people at a time, and there have been several times where there wasa legit line behind me, I am at the window, and the car behind me is still at the order box as I drive away. They don't offer dine in anymore, only drive through. Took us 45 min from start to finish. It's been bad before but never this... bad. I'm so understanding of being short staffed but this is a new low for them, and I counted at least 6 workers inside. Onlywent out because I didn't have the time to cook. We were told at the speaker box that they were out if crinkle cut fries, at thewindow we were told they didn't have any fries. They substituted with mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers but we still satat the window for too long after being offered the substitute. The gal knew we were upset and said "I gave you even more poppersthan i should have" like that makes anything better.
