Best place in town for a pan-Asian street food experience that tries to be as sustainable as possible. You used to have to order... the "Singapore Shrimp" off menu, but it's now a menu staple: slightly tangy, very savory, it's unique and our go-to favorite. Weheard recommendations for the basil fried rice and folks weren't wrong: it's fantastic. Most street food in Asian countries(Vietnam has amazing street food) tends to be incredibly cheap: this is not the case with this place, but it's worth it. Thereason we chose Indo tonight is because they try to package up most food in paper boxes - even their bag is paper. Plus, theservice is warm, friendly, and efficient. Food was outstanding. We had the Khao Nam Tod which was super tasty. The pork and shrimp dumplings were literally some of the... best we have ever had in our life. We brought some close friends from Canada and they were blown away. Apparently a couplenight a week the owners cook and tonight was our lucky night as their ?grandma? was in the kitchen. ??
