Original chicken slightly overcooked and biscuit WAY overcooked.
Its great if you have 4 hour lunch and love going to a DMV type atmosphere. Highly recommend if you love to wait! Never again!!!
We recieved old, dry chicken, and no side which we're to be included w/our meal. Spoke to the manager and he said" there's... nothing wrong w/your chicken, I packed it my self". Thanks Nathan, great customer service! We asked for a refund, then when Iasked for a receipt of the refund, he said he doesnt give a receipt because he keeps boths copies. Food was good, place was clean, staff were nice, but prices have gone through the roof. I won't be going back (to any KFC) until... the economy gets back to normal. I can't afford to feed a whole family here. It's just chicken . . . The parking lot at thislocation is small and a little dangerous. There is no drive-thru here either. They do have self pick up shelves on the frontcounter for paid app orders and delivery drivers, which I thought was cool. Read more
