I hadn't had KFC in at least a decade and I am wondering why??? It was soooo good!!
The food tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for a little. Burger was over cook as well.
Showed up to get food. Didn't have all the money on my. Told Jermain the casher at window. I would go inside to pay my food and... pick it up. He said he got me. I was like trying to hand him what I had. But bless his kind heart, For he treating me withdinner. You rock Jermain. People like you are far and in-between. It's September 8th 2022, me and my husband went to the drive thru my husband ordered 2 cony dogs and I got the breast and wing... meal I get home and my meal was wrong, it was a thigh and a leg . I don't eat the dark meat. So I called and the boy on thephone I could hardly understand I had to tell him to speak more slowly first off then when I actually understood what he wastelling me arguing with me that I ordered the thigh and leg meal. I said I want to talk with the manager he said I am themanager. He would not exchange my meal with the one I ordered or work it out so I could eat something I'm on dialysis and needto eat a regular schedule of meals with my meds. He was rude, getting loud with me over the phone and actually hung up on me. Iwill never, EVER!! go to KFC again let alone recommend anyone to go there. Now I'm out $9.95 for a meal I can't even eat.Disgusted with the customer service!!!!! Read more
